Submit Your Organization's Educational Programs
for RQAP Re-Registration Units
The SQA Council on Professional Registration would like to invite all entities to submit their educational programs for approval for RQAP re-registration units. Once a submission is received, please allow up to 4 weeks for the Council to review your submission and respond. You may be asked for additional information or materials before your program is approved for RQAP re-registration units.
Programs must be educational in nature. Programs serving as vehicles for marketing or advertising will not be approved for RQAP re-registration Units. The Council reserves the right to rescind its approval of any program at any time if it is determined that the program was not appropriately educational.

Nonprofit entities can submit their activities at
no charge.
For-profit or commercial entities can submit their activities for
$50 per educational program.
Identical programs given multiple times in the same year do not need to be resubmitted (e.g., a webinar presented quarterly only needs to be submitted once per year provided none of the content changes, and approved RQAP re-registration units can then be used for all instances of the same webinar in the course of that year). If the content of an educational program changes, however, that program must be resubmitted for subsequent approval. All submitted educational program will expire after one year, and subsequent programs with the same content after that time must be resubmitted for another year's approval.
